This document is designed to serve as your reference and guide to ensure your home shows in its best light from the very first impression whether in person, on a postcard, on a phone screen, or on a computer. We’ll be pouring our best efforts into this project to ensure we get your home maximum exposure to the right pool of potential buyers. While working through the steps that follow, give yourself the space and time to be as thorough as possible. The more information we have, the better we can market your home.

This form will likely take a bit longer to fill out. This one isn’t urgent. We suggest getting into a comfortable space and thinking deeply about these. This information here will only be read by us and is designed to jog your memory which will, in turn, help us tell your home’s story.
